I am under process for a senior tech role in Agoda, I have verbal offer from them. Is it worth switching out from oracle to Agoda? Current TC : - 46 L INR (55k USD) - RSU 40 L (48k USD) Offered TC : - 84 L INR (101k USD) - Variable 20 L(24k USD) - RSU ~10 L ( 12k USD) currently negotiating on RSU - there will be a joining bonus too.

Nice, I didn't know that Agoda hires in India...always saw that "relocation to Bangkok". And without any second thought for me it's Agoda... By senior tech role you mean Staff or principal engineer?
