An he had a cultural course that thought him how to interact with different people around the globe. Do you know where can I find such a course, or what is the curriculum of such a course?

Look for books and classes on Global or foreign business etiquette. Some resources tie many areas together, but if you are going to primarily deal with 1 country or region, you should choose training or books specific to it.
Do you know any usefully such resource for indian culture?
