Pretty common. Turns out young people in close proximity for long periods of time with endless alcohol available tend to hook up.

I think some interns got caught making out (sex?) in one of the bathrooms that has a shower stall during one of our company parties.

Oh for sure they have problems but completely going in and changing the culture like that, especially in the Bay area will surely piss off the employees. I spy a mass exodus.
