Townhome like glorified 1700 sq ft SFH - very small lot, has HOA. Yet sold for more than $2.8M https://www.redfin.com/CA/Cupertino/10189-Macadam-Ln-95014/home/1250714?600390594=copy_variant&231528114=control&utm_source=ios_share&utm_medium=share&utm_nooverride=1&utm_content=link&utm_campaign=share_sheet #mortgage #housing
$AAPL millionaires dgaf
But I doubt they would want to live in a 1700 sf townhome though.
Hey don’t post my property on Blind
Just kidding. I don’t make enough to even pay the down payment
No worries bro. Let's do a fake gang fights in the area. Me and you and other buyers. Once the hood becomes undesirable, we will scoop them up.
Quest global I’m down will bring some of my buddies too lmao!
There are two poles on blind, one claiming that everything is crashing, second one that everything is increasing
And others looking for holes and sending DMs
It’s still a SFH though :)
Barely. Technically, you are right - it does not share walls or roof. But it would feel like living in a TH complex
absolutely worth it, congratulation to the buyer, they nail the mortgage and have a treasure chest open to them
🧐
tbh, it looks like SFH to me and the location is PRIME. can’t get better than that. but $2.8M price tag is hard to swallow, but hey it’s their choice and decision.
Used to live in the apartments across the street. The location is awesome but there is street noise from Stevens creek and de anza
@Zscaler, here is what a “real” SFH in Cupertino with similar 1700 sq ft built area, but in 6000 sq ft lot, sells for https://www.redfin.com/CA/Cupertino/1480-Aster-Ct-95014/home/788517?600390594=copy_variant&231528114=control&utm_source=ios_share&utm_medium=share&utm_nooverride=1&utm_content=link&utm_campaign=share_sheet
It’s a fair purchase
It’s a big country.
For you
