Current or ex-employees view on Xoom/ Paypal Dev Team
I’m going to join Xoom, A paypal service team in Software development. Any idea how’s the work culture and team? Tbh I got very less time to experience that in interview as the process was very quick and never had an on-site interview loop. Any ex-xoom or current employees views? #paypal

Joining when stocks are low is good for you. When it grows back up, your TC will go up too. Those who had join when the stocks were high, are now the ones suffering.
That’s what I am positive about. But will it suppose to sink more than this? Being an insider what’s your thoughts?
I don’t know, it’s hard to tell :( I’m one of those suffering at the moment.
and management is doing nothing about stocks loss of new employees in 2021 😓
Xoom is a collegial, great bunch of folks IMO. I’m hopeful we’ve reached our stock low 😢

Xoom's future at the moment is very much unpredictable.
