So I recently ordered a new phone from ATT with trade in option. I needed some help with the order. Now accidentally some customer care person deleted the installment information on my new phone. Now in the app I don’t see installment 1/36. It just shows upgrade ready. What will happen next ? Will they start installment again? Have anyone faced such issue?
They will run a reconciliation report and pro rate the payments for the month you miss if there dev team did a good job in designing the system.
