can anyone provide a link to nancy pelosi saying it was quid pro quo? just curious. or anywhere in the whistle blower report?
Read the transcript- the favor was around looking at 2016 stuff- nothing wrong with that
The less insane Democrats actually said no need for quid pro quo to impeach, basically admitting there was no quid pro quo.

Correct. You don't need it. Calling on a foreign leader to interfere in a US election is already impeachable. Quid pro quo would elevate it to bribery and extortion. There's some pretty clearly implied quid pro quo there anyway but it's not necessary to prove that.

Yes there was an attempt at it, which the impeachment inquiry is based on.
