Kforce 18 month employment agreement
I am expecting an offer for a client of Kforce. Kforce have mentioned a clause that I need to have a 18 month employment agreement with them. Is this common in US? Anybody who worked for them and left before the 18 month period? Any pointers/ help appreciated. Feel free to DM. I am in California and the project will be in Colorado where I will be expected to move in few months. Thank you
Who is your end client? What if client ends your contract?
Won’t be able to share client name, I do not know what happens if the client breaks it. My concern is what if I break it..

Did you work with kforce for 18 months as stated in the contract?
You should also Write down the state as rules are differently enforced in different states
