As of February this year, valued at $65Bn through an employee share-sale deal (https://www.wsj.com/finance/stripe-valuation-jumps-to-65-billion-in-employee-share-sale-deal-65255c94) Where is it going next? Will it ever go back to series H valuation? Any insight by current Strippers? #stripe

Less tan 2b revenue. At most 20x for 40b
How much liquidity preference is on the balance sheet?
Down round. Oof.
This kind of lofty valuation is horrible

It doesnt matter. For us it's all cash now. I am selling them all in tender offer in April. Will be around 500k after tax.
We're only heading down from here
Credit card transaction fee is a low margin business, but it is also low risk. Once you get on the right track, it is hard to fail. Just look at Visa and Mastercard stocks in the past 15 years. Visa and Master processes 20 trillion dollars a year, Stripe is only 5% of that number. The ceiling is pretty high.
Still wayyy overvalued! Fair value is 20B. Too many players in fintech space, so no defensible moat.
