DE at Startup vs. Analyst at Amex
Basically the title. Startup pays lower but has good tech stack with GCP, Airflow, Neo4J, Python. In Amex, the work is on Informatica. I like the culture at startup but I'm assuming WLB will take a hit as I'm only working like 6 hours a day(Fine with that). Amex will give better WLB and career growth. Could you make the startup to match AMEX pay? They certainly can do that
