What's your point?

Cisco thbeardguy Dec 14, 2023

DEI is overrated and shouldn't be a thing in companies

Amazon ExCon OP Dec 14, 2023

The point is she got her ā€œequityā€

Amazon stanislavh Dec 14, 2023

OP Saying the quiet part out loud. A manager once told me she couldnā€™t put a person on pip because of ā€˜societal reasonsā€™. Felt like the Indian reservation system has been replicated in the US

Microsoft BhagatSinh Dec 14, 2023

Simple : Don't vote for woke party!

Amazon iljy Dec 14, 2023

This has been my observation at Amazon as well. Bar is on the floor with some talent but they keep getting promoted to drive managerā€™s ā€œDEIā€ agenda

NortonLifeLock p4t4l4 Dec 14, 2023

LOL, LMAO even

Microsoft HJyg05 Dec 14, 2023

DEI is racism, and it's adherents are racists.

Uber richte Dec 14, 2023

This. Closeted racists

Amazon bbender Dec 14, 2023

What does fraud have to do with DEI? This could have been literally anyone in any position

Audible MMyS01 Dec 17, 2023

The racialists are full of grifters. Shaun King, Patrisse Cullors, etc. Itā€™s the leftist crypto

Amazon bbender Dec 17, 2023

Wtf are you on

Johnson & Johnson no_blinker Dec 15, 2023

What does this have to do with DEI? Hereā€™s one: H1B in tech ā€” we should stop this since a majority of Indians abuse it and donā€™t deserve to be here. Does that make sense to you?

Broadcom Ltd. Coast4 Dec 15, 2023

You can never convince an idiot.

Amazon suuk14 Dec 19, 2023

Yā€™all are all talentless, whining, idiots. Instead of complaining about people taking your spots, why donā€™t you turn the mirror on yourself to figure out why youā€™re so insecure that you feel you have to find others to blame for your misfortunes? If you were as good as you think you are, nobody would be able to ā€œtakeā€ your spot. And itā€™s extremely entitled to think that you are ā€œowedā€ something over a group you perceive to be less than you. Also, if there are soooo many black and Hispanic people in tech, where are they at? I have never had any underrepresented minorities on any of my technical teams (black or Hispanic) and on other adjacent teams I work with there are maybe 1-2. All I see are Asians/indians. You all make up the majority of the technical talent and are STILL on here complaining! If you want a company full of just Indians, why are you in the US at all?? You can get that shit back home.
