Also, if there are soooo many black and Hispanic people in tech, where are they at? I have never had any underrepresented minorities on any of my technical teams (black or Hispanic) and on other adjacent teams I work with there are maybe 1-2. All I see are Asians/indians. You all make up the majority of the technical talent and are STILL on here complaining! If you want a company full of just Indians, why are you in the US at all?? You can get that shit back home.
