DS Analytics

Hi, I was just wondering if it’s possible to get into data scientist, analytics roles (not ML/research) with just a bachelors in STEM. I see people say how these roles are SQL and basic statistics/business acumen, but do most people in these roles have a masters/phD? Thanks!
