lot of folks are loading g up real estate for long term. since prices will go up when rates fall. You eat the cost of the interest rate until you can refinance. With the fed news, seems like folks will have to eat the higher interest rate for longer. our plan is to rent out part of this home to mitigate the interest rate risk
Citi has good rates and sucky system. I was able to get 6.75% at the high of national 8% rate last year without buying points. Probably can get to 6.1-6.2% now. Have to do assets transfer though.
