My niece (new grad) took an entry level CS position at DXC. Wanted to help her get insights from Blind community.

Architect7 Sep 21, 2019Being a service company don’t expect much rise in initial years .. but as an entry level her main aim should be to learn and gather as a much experience as she can and try to look for better opportunity after 2-3 years. You never know , I know many people got good opportunities within DXC Which includes travelling as well . So .. all the best
Don’t expect merit for years and only if she’s rated an Exceeds All (top 15%) will she possibly see a 3% bonus. My recommendation, use the experience as a steppingstone to a real company. Train and learn, they leapfrog in 18 months.
