Data Science Referrals for Upcoming Re-Org
Hi all, I'm looking for a referral based on a re-org impacting my company that will likely result in layoffs. I'm a Data Scientist with 4 YOE, where I've deployed & maintained ML models, and build enterprise-wide analytics products. My primary skillset is working with Python (TensorFlow/Pytorch included), SQL, Spark & any of the cloud platforms. I also have my MS in Computer Science. Hey not here to help you in your situation, I'm in a similar situation. But wanted to know How did you get the TikTok interview? Did you just apply/apply through a referral? I've been trying for a while myself so wanted to know what works.
I applied via a referral, and heard back 3-4 days later. From what I’ve seen, there’s tons of people on here from Bytedance that are willing to give a referral.
