I’m interviewing with Bing Ads (onsites) for the role of data scientist over teams. I most likely will be interviewing with applied scientists. Any pointers on what to expect would be great.
Bing? I thought that shit was dead!
Onsite interview? Not remotely?

The answer will depend on the team. I've worked with Bing Ads in the past and they did a lot of AB Testing. But they also focus on churn modelling and customer insights. As a general rule when I interview data scientists I look for a strong display of first principles. If the role is more junior that is more important than specific skills. If the role is more senior then they likely have a specific thing in mind.
