Databricks Onsite - Tips and Suggestions
Has anyone gone onsite with Databricks recently? How was the experience? How difficult are the questions, especially System Design? EDIT : TC 185k.. 3 YoE

12 hour days are normal. Then you have to hang out with your coworkers. Lots of people work weekends. Saturdays yeah. Not a place for WLB.
Edit: disregard this entire thread, I literally suck ass SDE or Data Scientist? I had a take home and 6 interviews with Ukraine before an on-site (which was comparatively easy)
This is for SDE role. What do you mean 6 interviews with Ukraine?
They basically did all their technical interviews with me over Skype with their Kiev team. But I was Data Science (well, ML Engineer)
