Databricks staff eng: how much stock?
Clearing the interviews. Very length process as mentioned in other posts. Recruiter is not helpful at all. How much should I ask for equity? The valuation is very high already. Tax: 550k (due to stock drop)
Level? L6 expect ~4-5k RSUs/1 yr Cliff/4yr vest if offered at $220. Don't believe $300+ stock value claims

I heard L5 can get 4k+ rsu, so you maybe ask for 5-8k?

L5 is 4K+ already…70-80% more is reasonable for staff, so at least 7k+
4K+ for engineering? What about field eng for L5?
I also got staff offer , 7k rsus at 220$. Whats upside post ipo? 300-350$ possible?
