Databricks stock refreshers

Considering a solutions architect offer from Databricks. Would anyone be able to share details on what the annual stock refresher is like ?, would Databricks give refreshers starting year #2 ? Current TC at AWS : 346k DB offer : 339k ( 184 + 46 bonus + 6000/4 stocks)

Yes based on annual performance review rating.

Thank you , do all roles get stock refreshers? I read in some other post that it’s for engineering ? And what would a refresh grant be for a average rating ? Is it a percentage of the base salary ?

Yes, SAs get refreshers at annual reviews and any promos. Source : SA promoted during midyear cycle
