Dataiku and company culture

Hi! I know Dataiku has a very impressive Glassdoor rating ans I don’t see the company here to be able to tag them, but it would be great to hear from anyone who may have worked there in the past, on these questions: 1) Whats the culture like there? 2) Are they hierarchical? What’s the leadership like? 3) What’s the work life balance like? 4) Do they have AMAs and company meetings where communication at all levels are encouraged? 5) Is there encouragement on advancing employees’ professional growth? 6) What are the benefits like? Sorry for the many questions, if you can share any insight on any of the above or just have a comment - I’d love to hear it!
