Day 10^100 at Googol
Sunfar should spit on himself
Terminating employees for protesting against what they perceive to be evil shows how far this company has fallen culture-wise. This is clearly is a double-sided affair, but firing people after protesting for any causeāregardless of whether or not they agree with itāis a bad PR look, even if your Code of Conduct justifies getting law enforcement involved. I wouldnāt be surprised if this becomes a key talking point in the election, and a class-action lawsuit goes up to the Supreme Court. Just sad all around.
Lawsuit for supporting terrorist organization? Let's see how it goes.
A lawsuit for being fired for protesting, which is a freedom under the 1st Amendment. Whatever group they support is irrelevant, but itāll be up to the attorneys and judges to decide the validity of the suit; IANAL.
