Aim of this post is to figure out if folks will be interested in activity based approach to improve mental health. Attempting to learn painting (digita/non digital) or different art form like glass blowing , paper cut art gives me a break from chronic stress due to work, unsettled personal life, immigration woes and more, but since i am alone consistency has been a problem coz there is resistance to start initially, but m interested to know if folks would like to join online one hr class over zoom to break from the chronic stress... #mentalhealth #loneliness #art #tech
