Debating over Internship or Contract Full time

Hi everyone, I am looking for help from my fellow blinders on what do career wise. I am a new graduate with 3 years of experience from Canada. I have worked for the top banks and IBM in Canada and am currently doing a short term contract with Lockheed Martin. I am currently located in the Bay area doing my Masters while working at Lockheed Martin and I have been presented with 2 offers one of them being an internship. The contract full time role is with Cisco and the Internship (6 Months) is with Lucid Motors. The logical thing to do is to take the contract full time role however I've heard not so great things about Cisco and Lucid Motors seems like a really interesting organization and the team I'd be working with is pretty nice as I have networked with them in the past. A part of me wants to gamble on Lucid Motors and try to grab a full time role post internship but I know that can backfire on me. Please avoid Cisco. Focus on your internship. As a contractor at Cisco, you are a slave. You are not going to be impacting anything

Isn't the overall name value better with Cisco, what about the fact that I'd be making more? Is none of that worth it?
