Decent PM TC for a startup offer?

Got an offer this week that breaks down to something like this: Base: 150k Equity: 34k of ~25M valuation 2.75% revenue share (when asked, they anticipated close to 1k/mo to start and would ramp up to ~5k/mo). Meant to replace an AIP Current TC: 100k + 10%AIP 4.5 YOE, 1 YOE with PM title Autodesk underpays hard so wondering what the market rate is. Also interviewing with FB and Goog, so idk how much i should hold out for them?

TIL you can get revenue share, is this common?

Not that I know of. I think it was very unique to the company

Very good offer. F and G interviews hard to Crack so unless you're very confident I wouldn't count on getting in.

Are you basing the offer on 1 YOE or 5? I'm getting mixed responses from other folks so i'm curious how to baseline

Check out levels.fyi for what Google pays for PM role, maybe L3 for your experience.

So you count the shares as worth anything? I would generally assume not. Isn't that eventually 200k/month? That's quite high on my opinion, for 1 year of PM experience (probably less than you'd get at F or G I'd guess though). You should be joining the startup more for non comp reasons though

Yeah I'm not counting the shares really. And the profit sharing im not sure how to predict anyways. I would be one of 3 PMs so I'd get a ton of responsibility and that's what I want (unless a higher TC that's more stable comes along lol)
