Hi, I recently cleared interviews for Deloitte cloud architect role in SF Bay Area. I have 19 years of experience. HR is yet to share the compensation details. I couldn’t find salary details for this role in levels.fyi. How much TC I can expect? How is their compensation structured? We there be any room for negotiation? Thanks. Current TC - 250k
Depends on whether they are hiring you as Specialist Master or Specialist Leader
What title and grade ? As a SM I think max you can stretch is 275k base .
If hired at Senior Manager I would anticipate - 180-250k base + bonus can vary wide
This doesn't seem right. I'm an SC and I'm in the range. 🤔
All depends on service line and track (specialist vs traditional). I’m guessing specialist master as leaders are uncommon outside hired. Anywhere from 150k-250k likely skewing towards 150k
You can negotiate and should even if you like what they offer. As far as comp, for tech roles you have a lot of wiggle room, title is irrelevant but definitely helps make the conversation eaiser. For your YoE, you should at minimum come in at the M level is my guess, unless you're unfamiliar with leading a team or project. Let's assume you come in at M, SM or SpL is not off the table btw, but as an M with your YoE and skill set, 250k base is the minimum you should accept, then you get a pretty solid bonus at year end, ranging typically between 20-35%. Good luck with the negotiation.
If a role is in SF bay, the salary range is in the JD. They also says you will getting the lower side of the range in JD
