Deloitte Houston entry level engineer offer.. 97k, annual bonus 10k. TC 107k. They low-balled me?
TC is so peanut, 107k. But I only have this offer, and will graduate within 1 month. I know they lowballed me because of bad job market. How I can negotiate? Should I just accept it? Deloitte Houston office... located at downtown

Nah, as a Gen Z, I agree we’re entitled but OP is just socially inept. A lot of people I’m graduating with don’t even have offers yet and know how fucked the market is. OP just seems to have absolutely no awareness of that.

That’s no low ball. If you got 0 YOE. I worked for big4 3 years back and the TC was like 75k. Heard they bumped it to 80’s later on. In fact you are way higher than the new grad offers at Big4. Unless you are an MBA you are well compensated for Houston. Not to discourage but try interviewing else where until reality kicks in and you’ll be then appreciating your offer.
I got paid similar for my first job. Just accept it, keep practicing and applying.
