Does anyone have experience? What’s TC like? Is this a respected practice within D?
Consulting or USDC?
Regardless of GPS/Commercial- yes, very highly regarded. In terms of work - it depends, there are a ton of “sexy” projects but also a lot of programmatic focused ones as well. Kind of on you to build a brand and get on good projects I’ve been here for years and enjoy S&A
Depends on whether you're more strategy or analytics, it's a broad practice that includes everything from "pure" strategy to more technical/functional work. Would be easier to tell you if you had specifics about the offering/type of work. Base pay could be anywhere between like $120k-$200k
Gotcha, I’m not sure of the specifics as it’s a pretty generic job description. Any idea on what the base is for Exp hires coming in?
Well it depends is the best answer! They normally go for an average base which goes up or down based on your location you are joining as well! The overall standard is only for campus hires, not for Exp hires
Strongly depends on YOE and other factors (e.g. MBA). For commercial w/ an MBA, $160-$180 base is probably a realistic range

Commercial vs GPS (government) area of S&A may affect the TC answer. Do you know which you are asking about?
Should be commercial, but good point I’ll need to verify
