Deloitte Verification of Employment for PERM
I left Deloitte last year and my new employer is filing for PERM. They are requesting a verification letter to be signed by Deloitte in a specific format listing job duties and skills. They said it also needs to be on company letterhead. Does anyone have experience in successfully obtaining this? Will HR sign a letter which lists job duties and skills? If I reach out to my old manager I am not sure if they can provide on company letterhead. Is there any email address that I can reach out to? #workvisa #h1b #perm
You should have the letter written down so they don't have to write anything. If your manager cannot do on letter head let them do on a regular paper then get a regular EVL from HR on the letter head with matching title and dates (regular evls are standard thing HR will be able to do it. The one that manager signs should confirm the skills required for the job so it needs more details )

Your manager should be able to provide on letterhead. Most likely they've had such requests before. Try your previous manager first
