Posting for a friend, but does anyone know what to expect for deloitte final round 30 min behavioral interview with a partner? I believe it's an entry level analyst role
Yup so it normal times it’s apart of the super day. It’s just personal skills walk through resume that kind of stuff. My experience it was the easiest one and super relaxed but depends on partner for sure
I concur with the previous comments, as long as the person knows their resume well, has a good few key points they want to emphasize or talk about (resume or personally related), it should be relatively easy. Again, sounds like an echo chamber but it’s really going to depend on the Partner - but I wouldn’t stress over it too much as long as they somewhat prepare for it and are ready to answer basic questions.
Agreed, the interview with the partner was the most relaxed. They will walk though your resume but want to hear what you are passionate about and align with. I’d recommend knowing an industry/ sector you’re interested in and ask a lot of questions. Compared to the other interviews. This one is the easiest
Mine was extremely relaxed and laid back. I’m sure it depends on the partner interviewing, but at least from my experience it wasn’t nearly as scary as it sounds. I am in cyber (CS major undergrad) and the guy asked me if I liked coding, and then we chatted a bit about coding and working at Deloitte and he had no more questions for me. good luck to your friend!
