Deloitte return bonus policy
Hi, I joined Deloitte last year in October and I resigned last week. I got joining bonus of $15k. As per offer letter, I need to return the amount if I leave the firm within 2 years. So far, there is no communication. Wanted to check if anyone was/is in the similar situation. Did they ask to pay back the amount. Did you pay back the amount or was it deducted from the last biweekly? Old tc: 96k New tc: 140k
I am joining in 2 weeks. My offer says 100% return joining bonus if left under a year and 50% between 1 and 2 year and keep all after 2 years. Seems you've stayed for a year, so return only 7.5k?
