Design @ Qualtrics?

Anybody have insights into the design culture at Qualtrics? How big is their design org? How much space and potential does design have to make an impact on the UX of their products? Do designers have a clear career path within the company? Mentorship opportunities? Strong design leadership? Great support system? Etc. I guess just general culture-related questions. Trying to get a feel of what the environment there is like for a designer.

Feels like a part of the company that has grown a lot over the last year or so, but plenty more room to grow. Lots of changes around me that I have seen give UX a lot more power, both in terms of process and organization

Fairly small org that reports up thru Julie Larson Green. Like most teams here, heavily understaffed for what they are asked to do so expect to be busy. Expect a lot of bad UX to ship because a) "it's always been bad" b) you can't keep track of everything going on across the company and c) sales and shipping fast always matters most. I imagine X4 is a bit of a nightmare once a year. Think they butt heads with the creative team from time to time too. But tons of room for improvement and impact if you're willing to put in the hours. And all of them I've worked with seem super nice.

Let me put it this way - there's a hell of a lot of room for improvement.
