Everything I read suggests it’s fantastic. Would like to hear more about the day to day, what the team structures are like, what you work on (that can be mentioned), how the interviewing process is.

Most high level heads of design are overrated. Take away the good hands on Designers and they are nothing.

She’d also be the first to tell you that so many of the designers on her teams are better designers than her

Design a Facebook is superb, if you want to be around people who are significantly better than you, have 200 hobbies outside of work, while still managing to get all of the work done, come on over
How is Seattle office?
Seattle is great, really cool space but design feels a bit removed there honestly
