Desperate to switch jobs

My current team is a fucking nightmare, one of my direct reports is 100% on the spectrum and micromanages the shit out of everything I do. I feel like nobody has got my back and that everyone complains to my Sr Manager behind my back every chance they get. Worst part is I cannot quit and just wing it because this POs job market is the worst a I’ve seen in years.
