Dev to PM switch
Can someone who has switched from Dev to PM position give guidance on how they got a PM job? Level 60
Its darn difficult thats all I can tell you 😂 been trying for about 4 months now...i am not from FAANG so noone even looks at my resume 😭🙁. Cant you just switch internally to a Program Manager role at MSFT?
I did this back so Microsoft but it was in Xbox. Honestly just interviewed for the position and got it. Looking back it was valuable but man did I hate it. Basically babysitting.
