Hello, I have 3 standing offers currently and need some advice on choosing which is the best in terms of career growth, opportunities and work culture. Charles Schwab: $150k base, $15k annual bonus (Utah) - Sr. DevOps Engineer Ebay: $165k base, 10% annual bonus on base, $30k sign on and $95k RSU (relocation Portland) - DevOps Software Engineer Adobe: $170k base, 15% annual bonus on base, $175k RSU (negotiating sign on bonus) (Utah) - Sr. Site Reliability Engineer Additionally i have couple more interviews lined up with Box, Verizon, Amazon, Turo, Flexport, Wayfair and DataRobot. What does the community think in terms of my current offers and should I wait, go through with the interviews with the others companies and then decide? Any help is appreciated! Note: I had posted this yesterday but didn't have the offer from Adobe then. YOE: 5 Current TC: $110k base, $15k bonus (depending on company performance) #tech #adobe #ebay #charlesschwab #devops #sitereliability
How many days after your onsite did you hear back from Adobe? Delaying your offers as much as possible to finish up your interviews makes sense. No harm in trying to get as much info and as many offers as you can before negotiating then deciding. You can also use upcoming onsites as leverage to help you negotiate if you really like one of the opportunities you have (“I’ll cancel my upcoming onsite with Amazon and sign if you can meet my numbers”)
Next day after the last virtual interview. After the initial recruiter screen it took almost 2 weeks to hear back. And then within a week had 5 virtual panel interviews. Thank you for the advice, I am not sure if any of the other companies I am interviewing at are worth the wait except for AWS (need advice on that) which is also with the proserve team and I've heard real bad reviews about that team.
Thanks for sharing, and congrats on your offers!
Which division of adobe is that?

How was your preparation, can you share some resources
Personally for code interviews i have just used Leetcode and HackerRank. All other technical interviews have been solely based on my work experience so far. Being at startups and mid size companies has helped me learn a lot.
Thanks, how much leetcode did you have to do, and did you do any hard ones too?
