Devops compensation
What is the expected TC for a 10 yrs having 7 yrs of Dev exp and 3 yrs of devops exp and being a technical lead for 2 yrs in any major org. TC 160
If you are a good software engineer, the same compensation as a software engineer in big companies. If you can only operate systems without coding, it's gonna be way less.
Depends how you do in the interviews. But I’d ballpark 170-190k base, equity 300-600k, sign on is fluid 30k-100k.
Definitely at least 400k TC .. I’m at 350k last I checked with less than half your experience
Are you in devops? I’m a DevSecOps engineer with 3 years exp making 165k base, but there’s no equity or bonuses or anything else. Maybe I should apply to oracle.

I would agree with Hammyhock on compensation. 170-190k base (depending on how well you interview). Regarding equity, The only companies that have the ability to throw out that kind of money are Wall Street and Silicon Tech (FAANG).
If you can do leetcode mediums, you'll make waaaay more than if you can't.
Probably e5 level. tc. Depends on company. Base: 150-170 i would say.
