Does Binance (a remote-first company) adjust total comp based on where you located? (E.g. tax, cost of living, etc.). How would one think about the total comp for remote-first company without leaving money on the table? Also, how does their leveling work for non-tech folks relative to FAANG? I had an offer at binance. And the process was not based on my previous comp. The recruiter does push you to show offers from other companies in order for them to move the needle up. Was able to negotiate to 163k base. Based in Canada
