    WLB is great as I’ve been wfh since I started and the company has officially supported full time wfh or hybrid model or whatever you desire.

    I got promoted in Q1 earlier this year so there’s tonnes of growth opportunity as well. We’re constantly hiring.

    I’ve been pretty happy here for a year now. Was at Amazon before this. Can’t go into specifics but the culture is tech and performance driven but has tonnes of benefits and time off.

    My TC is comparable to Amazon.

    That's fair point and true unless discovery ties up with other service providers as their content is unique.

    So my question now is more about the learning and experience gathered in just working at OTT space, will that help me closer to newer tech stacks, technology and ultimately in preparing myself for a FAANG opportunity in the future.

    Niche audience, and too many competitors in streaming services already. Who’s going to pay another $5-10 unless it’s for something they’re specifically interested in when Netflix, Hulu, etc already have robust libraries that aren’t limited to one network?
