Did Bloomberg on-site on Wednesday. I had an HR round after 2 coding rounds but no manager round. When do manager round?
At the end of my on-site I did a HR round after 2 coding rounds. I figured this was a good sign so we talked about bloomberg, my resume, and behavioral questions. After that she said I should be contacted to schedule final manager round? No contact from recruiter yet. How long does it take for them to schedule the final round? Or does this mean I’m rejected since nothing was scheduled? Reading around, right after HR I’m supposed to speak to a manager I thought? #bloomberg
If you didn’t speak to the manager after the second day, that’s not a good sign. I had two team on sites back to back days, and spoke to the manager at the end of day 2. I knew I made it ^_^.
Your on-site was 2 days or you did one day on-site and scheduled the second interview on the second day?
Also is this nyc? And is this senior engineer or just software engineer

Usually if there is no manager round, it’s a rejection. Move on.
So even though the recruiter said I should be reached out to schedule a final interview, they do that as a reject?
