Did airbnb get rid of behavioural interviews
Hi, I have onsite at Airbnb next week. The recruiter sent me the following schedule for 4 rounds - 2 Coding Interviews 1 Technical Experience Interview 1 Architecture Interviews The last time I interviewed at Airbnb, they had 2 behavioural interviews. Did the process change? TC - 310k 7 yoe
They probably just split it up into two days. Ask your recruiter.
Correct. I recently had mine on the same day but that meant 6 interviews in 1 day. My interviewers were surprised by that. Doing it on a different day seemed like the norm to them. I had short timeline and asked for quick turn around hence they scheduled mine that way.
