Have an offer from DocuSign. Wanted to know how is leadership of the company? Were people compensated for dip in stock? Also any insights into remote work policy? TC: 290k
Remote policy is generally good, only come into the office when your manager requests it .. mine hasn't yet. Not really compensated for dip in stock. Probably looking elsewhere in the medium term
How did they justified the drops in TC? Is the leadership empathetic to the employees?
And how are the benefits?
What tech they provide mac or Windows and do they reimburse for phone and internet?
I got a MacBook but I hear you can request either. New program is up to 400$ for wfh expenses quarterly total but there are limits on phone and internet of 80 and 40 per month respectively. So if you fully use those, you'd still have $40/quarter for random things like COVID masks, cables, dongles etc.
