Yes I hugely regret all the equity I’ve got in my house. It really is the worst thing ever. I wish I didn’t have all this equity.

So true. I deeply regret the life I’ve lived and all the horrible people such as yourself that I’ve offended over the years by being financially responsible. I sincerely hope that you can go fuck yourself.
No regrets. Paid off. Can walk from Intel at any time without worry.
What location?
Still gotta pay property tax
Why are most of you dicks on here? Maybe op is asking to try and understand different views of financial burden, cost of ownership, insurance, taxes and whatever else. Try and be useful! Good god!
Maybe if OP had taken the time to ask more than a 3 word question s/he would have gotten less dickish answers.
Never regret your decisions.
That’s BS, even for those who claim you they do not.
Will be able to pay it all off soon. I regret not buying a bigger home
Yeah, had I bought BTC five years ago with my $100k downpayment....
I bought at a local minima, therefore no. I rent out my other room and can break even on my mortgage after I convert the garage to a studio.
I bought in 2005. House went down in value. A lot. But, I didn’t lose my job. I still needed a place to live. So, it didn’t really matter. Rebounded sharply in 2013. Minting money since #noRagrets
Just bought. So far so good. Hope housing prices continue on a modest upward trajectory because the taxes sure as hell are.
Said no one ever (unless you bought in before the 08 crash)
