Didi labs MTV negotiation help for director level role

Need some help as in what to ask / expect for Didi labs offer. I am currently a director ##offer of product in Martech/Adtech with 15 years experience my interviews have been strong and they are considering an offer is what i am told. This is for lead of Adtech role in MTV. its director level.
