Digital Tech Specialist

Looking to move to Microsoft as a Digital Tech Specialist. Can anyone offer any sound advice company wise to leave Oracle for Microsoft? And advice on leaving consulting to be a Digital Tech Specialist? FYI I’m at my whits end with Oracle #tech
