80% of jobs for big companies jobs I get approached is via staffing company. The pay is a bit more than direct hire sometimes but their benefit sucks or doesn’t exist. And I am seeing people who are working via staffing companies for many years. Are staffing agencies the future of big corporations employments? What do you think, would you settle for a jobs via staffing agency with a higher pay or look for direct hire even with less compensation? How do you even ask for a raise when you are hired via staffing company?
