These directors and 15 yoe people finally figured out what blind is and now rebelling against giving out TC. GTFO.
Your current TC won't matter if you don't share with recruiter. That team is super cool though, you'd have to be a legit rockstar, fun, easy to get along with, and love working to get the job. I can't imagine anyone on that team slamming randos on blind, so maybe not a great culture fit.
I definitely fit the bill, just don't like jerks who demand to know my TC especially if they don't work as marketers or at Apple in general. Can we discuss via DM?

Yeah. I totally have a great prior on a rude, old timer whose username literally says that they’re burned out.
Don't worry about it. I managed to get a VP level job and I'm very happy now. I don't need to grovel to get a job, but I have a funny feeling a lot of people in here will need to be very contrite soon.
