Director/L7 Max Comp at Amgen
Curious how far the TC can push for a director role here. From some other posts it looks like L6 can get up to 250-260ish including bonus/RSU. Director is L7 right? Whatโs that going to top out with?

Yes, L7 is Director. I joined recently and haven't updated my Blind yet. Only info I have is I am L6 with TC 205 which is upper-mid range. 250 is possible after a few years when the RSUs start vesting.

Can you expand your TC - Base, RSUs, Bonus etc? And can I also know how is vertex pharmaceuticals? Pay, WLB, Bonus etc.
What kind of L6 is pushing 250 tc? ๐ค
