I got my annual compensation review numbers last week. I have not been offered any change in base salary and 40% RSU refreshers(off my original grant). I am disappointed in these numbers and interpret them as a below average performance. I was told I am capped for my level. Wanted to know what others at Workday think. How long does it take from annual performance review to getting your bonus?
We’re in a pretty similar position. My refresher was ~44% of the initial one, my base pay is 140k. Same level even. Not even a bump in salary to match inflation is pretty disappointing tbh. I’m thinking about leaving. Joined January ‘20. Btw, do you know if the refresher has a 1-year cliff as well..? Hasn’t hit my trade account yet so can’t tell. If the refresher has a cliff, I’m definitely looking for a new role.
Refresher is 4 years vest. U would have to wait another year for the first 25%

if you joined during the pandemic, chances are you haven’t been around for a full cycle so you got prorated RSUs there’s also no way that you’re capped for the level though since there are some p3s making more than 155k with just base
Have been here since February 2020. So have completed the full cycle. I felt I have been lowballed but wasnt sure since I dont know the numbers for P3 range.
