Got an interview with Disney for a professional Role. Any tips from other applicants, managers, HR, etc?
A “professional” role? As opposed to an unprofessional one?
Worst time to join, politics and fear mongering is at a huge high
As long as you are a skills and experience match, you have to screw up the interview terribly or be WAY off on comp. The biggest two reasons I see why we don’t move people forward or make offers.
The skills and experience are basically a 1:1 match on exactly what I do now currently vs what they are expecting
Hey OP, could I please ping you if you got few minutes to spare ?

Congrats! Just be yourself, Disney is huge on hiring genuine people, if you ask what the “interviewer” loves most about the company, they are most likely going to say “the people”! And of course, be prepared to relate the technical skills of the role to real life projects you’ve worked on
Thanks! I’ll try my best!
Interview went well! Still waiting, been over a week now. :)))
