Disney Referals
I just applied to a Business Operations Manager position at The Walt Disney Studios. Was wondering if they do employee referral programs and curious if anyone could provide a referral for me? #thewaltdisneycompany #operations
Disney sucks to work for…Especially the studio. I’ve worked there twice in my career. Never again. The problem is they think they don’t need to pay competitively because “you’re working for Disney” and that should be reward enough. Just my 2 cents.
Thanks for the input. I have lost interest to work for them now. I went through 3 interviews and was told the next one would be the last with an exec, then they just ghosted me. Still listed in the “interviewing” phase, tried to reach out to HR but got a bounce back email saying I didn’t have approval to send to the HR rep I had been talking with. It was a real dick move in my opinion, and now not really interested in working for them.
That role wouldn’t be eligible for any referral bonuses sorry
